today we are going to make sago khichdi.

this is a food that is eaten during festival fasting potato is boiled, peeled & chopped here are the ingredients we will need oil sago.

this has been soaked for 2 hours in just enough water in which the sago pearls get submerged you can see the sago pearls are separate & not mushy at all roasted & coarsely ground peanuts peeled & chopped potato curry leaves cumin seeds or jeera red chilli powder salt cilantro or hara dhania lemon halved keep wok on full heat.

add oil & once it is hot add cumin seeds, curry leaves & chopped potatoes.

reduce heat to medium stir for about 1.

5 to 2 minutes to mix well then add the coarsely ground peanuts mix well and add the sago also add salt, red chilli powder & cilantro.

also squeeze in half a lemon.

keep heat on low now the other lemon half we will squeeze just before serving stir continuously & mix for about 2 minutes to cook the sago stirring constantly will also prevent the sago from sticking to the wok our sabudana khichdi is ready.
