AND I'M GOING TO TAKE MY FINGERS AND I'M GOING TAKE THE BUTTER AND MY FLOUR LIKE THIS, LIKE A SNAPPING MOTION.

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR CRUMBS? I'M NOT LOOKING FOR CRUMBS.

I LIKE A FLAKY CRUST.

SO I HAVE A TENDENCY TO LEAVE IN LITTLE SHEETS.

AND I'LL SHOW YOU THAT.

SO WHEN YOU GO TO HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF COLD WATER -- PUT IT IN THE FRIG.

SO ONCE YOU MAKE YOUR CRUST, THEN WHAT? I WILL ROLL IT OUT.

IN THE FRIG, I PUT A PAN.

I ROLLED IT OUT.

AND YOU WANT THE ONIONS IN HERE? I HAVE ONIONS RIGHT HERE.

THESE ARE CARAMELIZED ONIONS? YES, I COOKED THEM REALLY SLOW.

SO THAT IS REALLY EASY PUT IT ON THE OVEN AND COVER IT AND THEN YOU CAN WALK AWAY FROM IT.

THEN I HAVE MY TART SHELL.

AND I'M GOING TO ADD A LITTLE CREAM FRESH OR SOUR CREAM AND YOU MIX IN A LITTLE BIT AND THAT GIVES IS A LITTLE TAKEN AND YOU PUT IT INTO THE CRUST.

ARE YOU FOLDING IT ON TOP OF ITSELF.

SO SIMPLE.

IT IS REALLY SIMPLE.

I ALL FORGET WHEN YOU'RE IN THE GROCERY STORE AND BUYING A BOTTLE OF DRESSING.

IT IS SO EASY TO MAKE YOUR ON.

OUR NOT PLATING THIS.

IT IS GOING TO LOOK BEAUTIFUL.

AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO ANY SPECIAL THINGS WITH THAT.

SO WHAT DID DO YOU WITH THE GREEN BEANS? THEY'RE STEAMED.

AND MY TOMATOES ARE SLICED.

AND I HAVE SOME RED, WHITE AND BLUE POTATOES.

AND I'LL TAKE AND PUT THOSE OVER THERE.

AND I HAVE SOME OLIVES.

AND WE CAN THROW THAT ON THERE.

YOU CAN ADD OR SUBSTRACT.

I LOVE ANCHOVIES.

THAT CAN GO ON.

AND THEN THE DRESSING GOES ON TOP.

YOU COULD PUT EGGS THEREON TOO.

THAT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.

MAKE THAT AHEAD AND TAKE IT ON YOUR PICNIC.

THAT WOULD BE NICE FOR ANY KIND OF DAY.

RIGHT.

THIS IS GOOD FOR ANY PICNIC SO WE HAVE LOTS OF GOOD WINE THAT YOU CAN HAVE, CHEESE, LOTS OF GREAT CHEESE FROM OUR DEPARTMENT AND DESSERT.
